We will offer respirator fit testing and medical clearance on January 27th. To ensure the process runs smoothly, the Agromedicine Institute has requested that we schedule by appointment only.
Important:- You are not required to obtain medical clearance through the Agromedicine Institute; however, if you obtain medical clearance from another source, you must bring proof of your medical clearance on the day of the fit test.
- Please bring a clean respirator that you plan to use to the fit test.
- You must be clean shaved.
Fees:
- $30 for one service (medical clearance or fit test)
- $55 for both services
- Payment: Check (checks payable to ECU)
