This program will discuss food safety practices that apply to produce farms and packing houses. We will provide an overview of industry and regulatory updates for the 2023 season and wrap up with keynote speaker Dr. Trevor Suslow, Professor Emeritus with UC Davis. Do not miss the opportunity to listen to Dr. Suslow as he gets us out of our comfort zone and pushes us to think about food safety plans and practices from a different perspective.
